Quick Setup — 5 Minutes

Go to console.firebase.google.com and create a free project

Click Build → Realtime Database → Create Database (start in test mode)

Go to Project Settings → General → Your apps → Web, copy the config object

Paste config into FIREBASE_CONFIG in both HTML files

Admin clicks ☁️ Push to Cloud in the web app → agents can log in
